Eligibility
- Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Item must be in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Opened food storage containers (for hygiene reasons).
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
How to Return

- 3Pack the item securely and drop it off at any UPS location.
- 4Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for us to process the refund after receiving your return.
- 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement (varies by bank).
Received a Damaged Item?
We're sorry! Please email [email protected] with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no need to return the damaged item.
